- How do conductors stay excited about their craft and engaged in artistry (i.e. avoid burnout)?
- What specific actions can conductors take to catalyze their career if it is stalled or ailing?
- How to balance a variety of activities to keep their careers vibrant and artistically fulfilling.
- In what ways must mid-career conductors adapt to current career demands that keep them competitive in the jobs market?
- How can conductors refresh themselves at the mid-career phase?
11:00 Panel discussion (last hour of the seminar) with representatives ranging from ED’s of orchestras, artist management, and the opera world to coalesce themes presented in seminar. Panel will include:
