I hope this note finds you well in these difficult times. As you know, we have had to close our Manhattan office due to the COVID-19 outbreak and all employees are working remotely from home until further notice.

Our library in Verona, NJ, remains open closely monitoring daily developments. 

Please let us know if your offices have been similarly affected as a result of COVID-19. In particular, please let us know if you anticipate any rescheduled performances or cancellations of confirmed rental orders. Please send details regarding postponement dates and/or cancellation notices in writing to me at my email address. In case of cancellations, please note that we will follow through with our cancellation policy with as much flexibility as possible. For canceled orders, please return materials ONLY to our library in Verona, NJ. Do not return materials to our office in Manhattan. We cannot be responsible for lost materials sent to our Manhattan office. We look forward to hearing from you and will respond as soon as possible.
